The Hit location chart
swapped the neck and skull from the skull being the 99 to the skull being the 100 and the neck from 100 to the 99
The original game prior to 1999 had it this way, I swapped it in 1999 because the skull typically has some armor where the neck does not and combining dice to form a 10 is harder than a 9 but after many, many, many games we have come to the conclusion that the unfair advantage of the 99 belongs on the most obvious and desirable location to the skilled combatant. So be it.. and besides it just seems more appropriate to have the highest location be the highest point on the body.

removed some of the (s) Sempiternal results and replaced with (C) Critical results
After play testing some of the spells especially some that need only the (O) SLOT, it appeared too easy to get a Sempiternal effect. The Table now reflects how a Critical Make by the Caster or Critical Miss by the victim must be coupled with a very good roll by the opposed. Still a Crit Make coupled with a Crit Miss still can happen and result in a Sempiternal effect and that is fine and actually pretty cool. The chance of that happening is 1 in 400.

Magik Rules tested and revised
The SLOT needed to Block a spell changed to the (A) SLOT just like resisting using an Attribute like Power or one associated with the School of Magik being resisted. The advantage of Blocking is being able to check the defending Magik Table and getting a +1 to +3 SLOT bonus if you block with the correct School. This forces the Spell Caster to have to think and not block a spell with the wrong School of Magik, He may not be a Caster from the correct School to block effectively but then he should not try to block at all. That means he would have to know what school of Magik is being directed at him. That might be easy but if the Caster could use Reveal Magik with the right Alteration and still have time to Block, he could do it or he just uses a Predict Op and hears the Resonance or sees the Token, etc.

Blocking Magik
changed the SLOT needed to Block Magik back to the (S) SLOT instead of the (A) SLOT
the reason was because Magik creatures would still consult the Magik Resistance Modifier table regardless if resisting with a Power score, Attribute score or Blocking and so there should be some advantage of Blocking seeing as how blocking cost Essence points to do. so the best way to give an advantage to block was to lower the SLOT needed from the (A) to the (S) SLOT
by the way that increases the chance that blocking could result in a trouble, or engulf or mirror effect which also made sense

Combat revision
striking range
every sr closer you are to the target than your SR you get -1 SLOT and defender gets +1 SLOT AND your damage is reduced by 1 off the top of each die in the damage
parrying allows a close in combat move before rolling the SAVE tp parry which gives the parry a +1 SLOT bonus and less damage from attack
dodging is on the speed or steady at -@ SLOT but some skills have dodge ability and others have dodge as a special maneuver
